Does complains help?
Complains, complains and complains? Does it help? I disagree. If complains could change everything, why is our servicing industry still trending down despite those complain queens and kings around?ZSS Scouts: I had heard complains from you guys about your welfare and how unfairly you are treaten but have you ever think that why you receive such treatment? Like I always told all of you, if the fault doesn't lies on others, why not do a check on yourself and ask yourself this question, "Why I deserve such treatment?", "Am I only the one?", "What had I done?". I seriously feels that one should follows this thinking process before fighting for their stand. If not, you look nothing but a fool who doesn't thinks.
Many of you had came out to me asking me question like, "That ... give us so little time, how to complete?", "Unreasonable ... , so little time, we are not god". But know why I just give a smile and walk away? Hey, come on lah, I'm a scouts before too ok? I was shaped this way once and I understand how rebellious and fiery it is inside you. No one likes to be controlled and why not try it this way? Just save your time finding out the answer and carry on with what you are doing? You will have more time time to complete the task right? We seniors know what we are doing and we are very sure that the timing we give is fair and reasonable.
A good shepherd always convinces his sheep that their interests and his are the same.
